GPSP-J 091,103 - GBA emulator is back

GPSP-J is a GAME BOY ADVANCE emulator, coded by a Japanese developer. Based on Unofficial GPSP of Takka, homebrew wants performance, and even if knowledge of the language may be necessary to use the advanced options of the emulator, start a game not a problem in the majority users.
