WIP - Custom Firmware 5.50GEN-D: addition of video playback AVC 480x272

Here is a short video showing the latest version of Custom Firmware 5.50GEN-D reading a 480x272 AVC video.

This limitation has been removed and it is a problem that arises under thus far for those who found this feature very useful.

 Yoshihiro like to touch the code to add this, the only problem that faces us now is whether we take 24 hours more for the test where if we let the baby from living his life to 20H as expected.
