Update on Rockband DLC: Unplugged

For two weeks, no DLC has been sold for the popular game Rockband: Unplugged. Following this, Joystiq has accessed the game publisher to see if the road ended for the DLC, or whether it was just a break for developers.

Harmonix then stated:

We're really pleased with the performance of the game Rockband: Unplugged on PSP bundle sales of the PSP go, and Starter Kit PSP go. We also appreciate the interest shown by Sony in this game, given the large database of music for this game, with over 100 songs, and DLC songs of games included. However, at this moment, we are currently focusing on the ambitious "Rockband Network" (Editor's note: This tool allows musicians to convert their own pieces of music in song on Rockband. Unfortunately, this revolutionary tool will be available on Xbox 360 and PS3) on the DLC every week on projects that have not yet been disclosed.
