JPCSP: A new revision available for the PSP emulator in JAVA

JPCSP is a PC application, specifically a PSP emulator for PC. Coded in Java, it rose again. It is not yet able to run all games, but lets start some games and homebrew. For now, it's the PSP emulator for PC that has the most advanced and continues, as seen in this new update.
